So.....I kinda had this cool idea for the kids for Christmas.....One of Kelly's favorite Christmas songs was the 12 Days of Christmas. So a couple weeks ago I decided to go through all of our digital pictures...Which, honestly was a little difficult, but I had a strong purpose and made it through. I was looking for pictures of just Kelly and Mitchell, and just Kelly and Elizabeth. Surprisingly, there are not that many....A lot of the three of them or just the kids. But I was able to find enough for what I needed. What I have been doing the last 12 days is giving the kids a photo ornament each day of them and their mom, counting down the days to Christmas.....Tomorrow, they will open up a couple extra ornaments along with a metal photo tin that contains a flash drive with all the photos of them and their mom. This way, they can keep those photos with them. While this has been a somewhat sad project, it has also been a very fulfilling one that both me and the kids have enjoyed!
